Your Mission

As Senior Accountant (m/f/d), you will take full ownership of our accounting processes in Poland. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, support compliance, and act as a reliable finance partner to local leadership and the group finance team in Germany.

Your Tasks

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage general ledger activities, closings, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and group policies
  • Support audits, budgeting, and financial planning processes
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
  • Maintain internal controls and continuously improve finance processes

Your Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or controlling
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements
  • Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel
  • Accurate, reliable, and highly organized
  • Experience in FMCG or international company environments is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Polish
