Your Mission

As Head of Marketing (m/f/d), you will take full ownership of our marketing strategy in Poland. You will lead brand, trade, and digital marketing initiatives, drive product innovation and consumer engagement, and manage a high-performing marketing team. In close cooperation with local and global stakeholders, you will position our brands for long-term success and sustainable growth.

 
Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute a 360° marketing strategy including brand, trade, digital, and shopper marketing
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance forecasting
  • Define brand positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Drive new product development, launch plans, and go-to-market strategies
  • Use consumer insights and market research to guide strategic decisions
  • Lead digital marketing: content, social media, SEO/SEM, influencer campaigns, and e-commerce marketing
  • Collaborate with sales to develop trade marketing plans and in-store activations
  • Build and lead a strong local marketing team and promote cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and report performance to senior management
  • Ensure legal and brand compliance in all marketing activities

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including 5+ years in a senior role within FMCG/consumer goods
  • Proven track record in managing consumer brands and launching successful products
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with hands-on leadership style
  • Deep knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ and other consumer/retail data platforms
  • Experience in multichannel environments, urban & rural segmentation, and team leadership
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skil
  • Fluent in English and Polish
