Your Mission

As Head of Logistics & Administration (m/f/d), you will lead and further develop all logistics, procurement, and administrative functions at our Polish location. This strategic leadership role combines operational excellence with long-term process development and cross-functional collaboration – helping us scale effectively in one of our key markets.

Your Tasks

  • Lead all logistics operations including warehousing, distribution, procurement, and transport
  • Develop cost-efficient, scalable supply chain and inventory processes
  • Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal standards
  • Oversee budgeting and identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service provide

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
  • 8–12 years of experience in logistics, operations, and administration, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience managing complex logistics networks, warehouses, and cross-functional admin teams
  • Strong leadership and project planning skills with hands-on mentality
  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce environments is a plus
    Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations related to logistics and office environments
  • Fluent in English and Polish
