Your Mission

As Head of E-Commerce (m/f/d), you will develop and implement the online sales strategy for our brands across key digital platforms. You will be responsible for sales performance, customer experience, and channel expansion – driving growth, profitability, and market visibility.

Your Tasks

  • Lead the e-commerce strategy across marketplaces and digital platforms
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and partner relationships
  • Monitor KPIs and use data to optimize conversion, revenue, and retention
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, supply chain, and content teams
  • Ensure seamless customer experience across the entire online journey
  • Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead and develop the local e-commerce team

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and performance metrics
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding online revenue targets
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and UX optimization
  • Industry experience in FMCG or electronics is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Polish
