Your Mission

As Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will take the lead in managing and growing strategic client relationships across Poland. With a sharp customer focus and strong commercial acumen, you will deliver tailored solutions, drive revenue, and ensure long-term partnerships – all while contributing to our international growth journey.

 
Your Tasks

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts as their primary point of contact
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with business goals and revenue targets
  • Drive sales performance by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare offers, and finalize agreements that balance profitability and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate internally with sales support, logistics, marketing, finance, and supply chain to deliver seamless execution
  • Analyze sales data, margin trends, and market share – provide regular reports and insights to management
  • Address client issues with speed and care to ensure satisfaction and trust
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and demand planning input to support operations and inventory control

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 4–7 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales – ideally in the FMCG or consumer goods industry
  • Proven ability to manage high-value clients and drive strategic growth
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial actions
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with account-based marketing or strategic selling methodologies is a plus
  • Exposure to international clients or multi-channel environments preferred
  • Self-driven, structured, and hands-on working style
  • Fluent in English and Polish
